
Small Group Training
Small Group Training (SGT) is a full-body workout designed specifically for women. With safe, effective movements and customized modifications to meet you where you are, SGT offers a welcoming, supportive environment where you can feel confident and capable. Each class time is limited to just 6 ladies and you'll train with the same, consistent group each week.

Each 45-minute class is intentionally programmed to prioritize strength training while also developing muscular endurance, balance, and coordination. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, and body-weight exercises in a way that's progressive, safe, and effective. Unlike crowded bootcamps or high intensity classes, SGT provides a more personalized approach to fitness. You'll receive hands-on coaching to ensure correct form and learn proper technique - reducing the risk of injury so you get the most out of every workout. With a stronger, more capable body that supports you in everyday life, you experience increased energy and confidence making SGT the perfect fit for women ready to make their health a priority.
