Strong Girls Club is a fitness class for girls ages 8-12! This 45-minute class is an introduction to fitness that teaches foundational movements and body awareness through fun games and exercises. There's no heavy weights or complicated movements - making it perfect for beginners, dancers, cheerleaders, or any girl who is ready to feel strong!

Strong Girls Club is the perfect way for girls to build confidence, healthy habits, and develop a love for movement.

Strong Girls Performance Training is an athletic strength and conditioning program for teen girls ages 13-17! Each 45-minute session will focus on building power, speed, confidence, and injury prevention. With a limit of 6 girls, this small group setting ensures a personalized coaching experience. This program is for student athletes who want to get stronger and perform better!
